What do you need to know about MAIA?
MAIA Wellness is a women’s wellness brand creating science-informed, soulful tools for more intentional living, including the Mindful Intentions Journal. We help women move beyond wellness burnout, generic self-care advice and pressure to optimise every part of life by bringing together structured self-development practices, reflection and practical behaviour-change tools. Our approach supports the whole person: mind, body and soul.
MAIA is for women who have tried the productivity apps, vision boards and beautiful journals that ended up sitting in a drawer by week two. It’s for anyone who is capable on paper but still feel a step removed from the life they want to build, whether that looks like overthinking, inconsistency, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm or difficulty turning good intentions into sustainable habits. MAIA is designed to make personal growth feel supportive, structured and realistic, not performative or impossible to maintain.
MAIA Wellness creates guided wellness and self-development tools that help women build clarity, self-trust and more intentional daily practices. Our first product is the Mindful Intentions Journal, an undated six-month guided journal for reflection, habit-building and personal growth. MAIA is also developing a broader wellbeing ecosystem, including a companion app and future community experiences. Each part is designed to offer practical structure while leaving room for your own season of life.
Yes. MAIA’s tools are informed by behavioural science, habit-formation research, cognitive reframing and neuroscience, and we use those foundations to help turn reflection into practical, repeatable actions rather than generic motivation. We also make space for intention-setting, journaling and personal ritual, because we believe the “soul” side of growth is most useful when it is held by thoughtful structure. MAIA’s resources are self-development tools and do not replace medical, therapeutic or mental-health support.
The Mindful Intentions Journal is MAIA’s undated, six-month guided physical journal for women who want to feel more connected to themselves and more intentional about the life they are creating. It combines future-self reflection, goal-setting, habit-building tools, gratitude and mindset prompts, visualisation and structured journaling exercises. You begin by defining what matters to you, then return to weekly practices that help you close the gap between where you are now and who you are becoming. Because it is undated, you can move through it at your own pace.
Meaningful change is usually cumulative, rather than instant. You may first notice smaller shifts like keeping a promise to yourself, becoming more aware of an unhelpful pattern, returning to a practice after a difficult week, or holding a boundary with more self-trust. Over time, consistent reflection and small actions can help you build a more intentional relationship with yourself. Experiences differ from person to person, and the journal is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
Yes. MAIA is developing a companion wellness app to make reflection, self-development and wellbeing support more personalised and easier to return to in everyday life. The app will sit alongside MAIA’s physical and digital tools as part of a wider wellbeing ecosystem. Join the waitlist to receive updates and early access when it is ready.
You can get early access to the MAIA app by joining the waitlist on the MAIA Wellness website. Waitlist members are the first to hear when the app launches and receive updates as it’s developed, ahead of its public release.
